Once you've reserved your VIP spot, your VIP Processor will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Please note:
✔ Items should be delivered in sturdy boxes or reusable bags.
✔ Plastic storage totes are welcome.
✔ White trash bags are allowed.
❌ Delivery containers will not be returned, so please plan accordingly.
How will I get paid!
Your consignor check will be emailed to you after the event.
Simply:
1. Verify your email address in your consignor account.
2. Receive your emailed check.
3. Deposit it with your bank's mobile app or print it to deposit in person.
How Do I Receive My Pre-Sale Shopping Pass?
As a VIP Consignor, you'll receive:

Are there Any Items Limits?
There is a junior Girls clothing limit of 25 items per Consignor numbers (there is no limit in boys). This is anything above a size 16-18 girls.
Please keep in mind, these should be teen brands/styles that are appropriate for Fall/Winter. Please do not send adult clothing or brands; processors will not be able to enter them.
Keep in mind, the better your items are, the better they will sell!! Send us your best stuff
What Do I Do About Items That Don't Sell?
You can choose to DONATE your unsold items at the end of the event.
If you'd like your unsold items back, you must pick them up during Consignor Pick Up times immediately following the event.The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items.
Acceptable Items
We love baby gear, toys, books, maternity items, movies, etc!
Car Seats MUST BE VERY CLEAN!
If the seat has stains, food, dirt, etc., we will NOT accept it.
THIS EVENT WILL BE FALL EVENT!
All clothing and shoes must be seasonally appropriate, less than 5 years old, and freshly washed. If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. NO stains(even the smallest), holes, excessive wear, or pet hair.
If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together.
Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND:
If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lana's standards (clothing with stains, holes, excessive wear,
dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept), your VIP Processor will
immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you.
VIP Processors simply do not have the time or space capacity to hold onto unaccepted items.
Unacceptable Items
We cannot accept the following: Recalled items, ANY battery operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function, VHS tapes or CDs, Stuffed animals (unless they are themed, Build-a-Bear, or talking/animated), ANY toys, games, puzzles with lost parts, Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, cars and trucks, etc.) Breast pumps (unless closed system. We will accept Elvie, Willow, Momcozy & Spectra), Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers.
We are unable to accept any items that are stained, torn or overly worn, items with missing buttons, broken zippers, Used (or out of package) underwear, Prom dresses and formal gowns, Clothes from Mom and Dad's closet! VIP Processors love BOUTIQUE BRANDS!
